I can only say "Thank you Blizzard". New game mechanics ftw, I can't wait to try this fight out.

Healers will have to decide if burning their mana then calling out for an innervate is worth the time spent not healing the tanks. Dps will have the choice of helping the healers with the dragon, or to clear off the adds.

As to who the chosen healers for this fight will be? My guess is druids. Lots of druids and/or shamans (innervates + Mana tides)

Another choice raid's will have would be to dual spec a couple dps (to have 7-8 healers) and make the fight go faster. I'm wondering if it's possible to get 2/3 tanks, and 8/22 healers for this fight. (mmmm dual spec ftw)

Nah, that's just a placeholder value. People are reporting that the fight seems to have roughly an 8-10 min soft enrage (you get swarmed by adds).

It don't matter which class you put on it, as long as you have enough of a balance between healing the dragon and healing the tanks that are picking up the Scourge.
